Who We Are

Wanderer Electronics is a musician-founded audio electronics company specializing in compact line isolators and active direct boxes (DIs) for working musicians, recording engineers, and live sound professionals.

We're a lean, hands-on team, not a corporate manufacturer. Every enclosure that leaves our bench has been touched, tested, and tuned by people who actually play music. That focus is our advantage.

 

 

Why We Exist

Walk into any music store and pick up a direct box. Chances are, it's housed in an off-the-shelf Hammond cast-aluminum enclosure - the same gray utility box that's been used for decades.

Those boxes have their place. They're durable, available, and cheap. But they're also bulky, generic, and visually forgettable.

We didn't want to give that to the community.

We wanted to give musicians something unique. Beautiful. Built with intention. A piece of gear that performs flawlessly and looks like it belongs on your pedalboard, in your rack, or on stage next to instruments you actually love.

That's why every Wanderer product lives inside a custom-designed compact enclosure, engineered in-house, not pulled from a catalog. It's smaller, more elegant, and instantly recognizable.
